We achieve this through targeted recruitment initiatives and employability workshops designed to enhance career prospects. Our services extend beyond job placement, as we offer opportunities in various sectors including service, hospitality, and administration. We directly manage payroll, ensuring a seamless experience for both employers and employees.

In addition to recruitment, we collaborate with corporate partners and mentors to deliver one-off or regular employability workshops. These sessions provide our members with valuable insights into different industries and practical advice on crafting standout CVs and excelling in job interviews.

Sapphire Wellbeing Academy (SWA)

The Sapphire Wellbeing Academy (SWA) is committed to providing holistic support to our community, recognising that true well-being extends beyond career development. SWA is dedicated to nurturing the overall well-being of individuals by offering:

Donations: We distribute clothing, food, and hygiene products to those in need, ensuring that basic necessities are met.

Counselling Services: Our community members have access to counseling sessions with registered therapists, providing essential mental health support.

Housing Support: We offer transitory housing and refugee homes, providing a safe and supportive environment for those in need of shelter.
